A4e PRIVACY POLICY

A4e ltd, its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as "A4e" and "we") respect the privacy of our online visitors and recognise the importance of protecting your personal information. We have therefore adopted a corporate wide Online Privacy Policy that guides how it collects, stores and uses the information you provide us when you visit our web site.

WHAT AND HOW INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

A4e will request and collect information from our online visitors during: (1) The booking process for a Young People and Money training course; (2) Contact Us email facility. The requested information will include personal identifying information such as your name, e-mail address, phone number, fax number, place of work, work sector and client group, training needs etc.

INFORMATION USAGE AND DISTRIBUTION

The information you provide us is collected by A4e and will be shared with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and the Program Office (Lifeline Community Projects) for the purpose of administration, careers and other guidance, products, services, statistical and research purposes. From time to time delegates are approached to take part in surveys by mail and phone, which are aimed at enabling A4e, the Program Office and its partners to monitor performance, improve quality and plan future provision. The information will also be shared with the Program Evaluation agency (EcoTec) for the purpose of conducting a formal and thorough evaluation of initial spotlight events conducted in Southwark.

OPT-OUT

If you do not want A4e to send you e-mail or postal mail about our products and services, you can opt out at the time of registration or information collection, or at any time in the future by contacting A4e by e-mail at youngpeopleandmoney@A4e.co.uk or by mailing a request to A4e.

COOKIES AND IP ADDRESSES

We do not use cookies on our website at present. IP addresses are logged as part of standard web directory log files, which are for internal use in monitoring site traffic and statistics.
