From time to time delegates are approached to take part in surveys by mail and phone, which are aimed at enabling the Programme Office and its partners to monitor performance, improve quality and plan future provision. The Programme Office values your views on the training you receive, and will use these to help bring about improvements for learners in the UK. It may also wish to contact you from time to time about courses, or learning opportunities that are relevant to you. You may be contacted by the Programme Office or its partners in respect of surveys and research or about courses or learning opportunities.
